Stalls – Call for participation
Would you like to participate in one of the biggest Mexican fiestas in New Zealand and have a chance to share your food and products?
Mexfestival wants you to participate in celebrating the international understanding of the Mexican culture expressed in art, including the Day of the Dead celebration. A Day of the Dead celebration includes the tradition of setting a table with a collection of objects placed on a ritual altar during the annual celebration to honor those close to us who have passed away.
Public invitation: “Grab your sombreros and join us, Mexican music, food with tequilas and margaritas. Participate in costume competitions and win prizes. Perfect night out with friends, family or get your work mates together”.

Stall space is strictly 3x3m, if you need more space please contact us. Spaces are limited as we want to ensure each stall have good foot traffic, spaces are on first come first served basis.
Event day: 28th October, 2017, Venue: ASB Showgrounds Pavilion 6
Event Timing: 11 am to 7 pm
Applications close the 7th October 2017. By applying for the food stall you agree to terms and conditions of Mexfestival and Mexfestival reserve rights to change things to make festival more successful. All fees are non-refundable.
